Meyer Lemon Drop
Martini Glass or Vintage Cocktail Coup
2 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Cointreau or Quality Orange Liqueur
1 oz. fresh squeezed Meyer Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Meyer Lemon Simple Syrup
Lemon Sugar
To make lemon Sugar mix the zest of 1 lemon with 1/2 c. granulated sugar. Then, moisten the rim of a martini glass or vintage cocktail coup with lemon juice, turn glass upside down and twist in lemon sugar. Set aside. Add vodka, Cointreau, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and ice to cocktail shaker and shake until cold. Strain into prepared glass and serve immediately.
