Cucumber Cooler
2 Slices of Cucumber, Quartered
2 Slices Lime, Quartered
1 oz. Simple Syrup
1.5 oz. Gin or Vodka
3-4 oz. Seltzer Water or Club Soda
Dianthus Petals
In a cocktail shaker add cucumber, lime, and simple syrup, then muddle to release juices. Add gin or vodka and a measure of ice and shake. Strain into a tall, Collins-style glass filled with fresh ice and cucumber ribbons. Garnish with edible Dianthus petals and enjoy!
