Cucumber Herb Spritzer
3 mint leaves
2 large basil leave
Juice from half a lime
6 oz. California white wine
3 cucumber strips
3-4 oz. lime flavored sparkling water
Collins-style glass or canning jar
Tear leaves into large pieces and put into glass. Add lime juice and stir with a spoon. Add ice and white wine and stir. Tuck cucumber strips into beverage, top with sparkling water and garnish with flowering basil leaf.
