Salty Melon Mocktail
makes 4-6 servings
6 c. cubed watermelon
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
Puree watermelon in a blender, then strain with a fine mesh sieve. Take a spoon to press onto solids to make as much juice as possible. Mix in salt. Add a measure of ice to your glass and pour over ice, then garnish with an edible flower and enjoy!
