Summer Smash
Light, white wine (such as sauvignon blanc)
Handful of ripe strawberries, chopped
2 slices of lemon
1/2 oz. lemon simple syrup
Ice
To a stemless wine glass add strawberries and lemon slices and muddle. Add lemon simple syrup and stir. Then add white wine and stir. Add handful of ice and stir again, then garnish with edible flower.
