Pink Lady
2 oz. Sipsong Indira Gin
1/2 t Grenadine
1 Egg white
Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until egg white is frothy. Then add a measure of ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a martini glass or classic cocktail coup and garnish with a cherry (or red heart-shaped gum drops for Valentine’s Day).
