Ed Sheeran is bringing his ‘+ – = ÷ x Tour’ (pronounced The Mathematics Tour) to North America in 2023, announcing spring and summer stops. The tour is named after Sheeran’s string of studio albums, the latest — = (pronounced Equals) — was released last fall. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart last November and features the hit “Bad Habits.”
The trek kicks off May 6th in Arlington, TX with stops in Houston, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Detroit, Nashville, Seattle, Las Vegas and others before wrapping September 23rd in Los Angeles. Special guests include Khalid, Russ, Dylan, Rosa Linn, Cat Burns and Maisie Peters on select dates.
Last week, Sheeran released “Celestial,” his first new single since Equals. The Pokémon-themed track is available now digitally, as well as a video clip illustrated by the game’s animators (you can view the video here).
Tickets go on sale Oct. 14 at 10 a.m. local time, with pre-sales for verified fans to begin October 12th. Sign up at edsheeran.com.
