Go Right to Jenner Julep
1.5 oz. All Gravenstein Apples Brandy
3/4 oz. Fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 oz. Orange blossom honey simple syrup
Sea salt solution
1 tbsp. sea salt
4 tbsp. water
Stir until it dissolves, set aside.
Chill coupe or martini-style glass. In a cocktail shaker add a measure of ice, brandy, grapefruit juice and simple syrup, give a good shake. Add a teaspoon of sea salt solution to glass and swirl around (wash out), then discard remnants. Garnish with pineapple sage or a sprig of rosemary.
