Love Letter
2 oz. Quality vodka (Spirit Works, Griffo, etc.)
1/2 oz. Cointreau or Triple Sec
1 oz. Fresh squeezed Meyer lemon juice
1/2 oz. Simple syrup
1/4 oz. Grenadine
Rim your cocktail glass with sugar and set aside. To cocktail shaker add vodka, Cointreau, lemon juice, simple syrup, and a measure of ice, then shake until frothy and cold. Strain into rimmed glass. Gently pour grenadine into the center of your cocktail and serve.
