Spring in My Step
2 oz. Sipsong Spring Gin
¾ oz. Elderflower liqueur (such as St. Germaine)
½ oz. Fresh Meyer Lemon juicer
Soda water
1 Large juicy, ripe strawberry
In a Collins-style glass add a measure of ice and set aside. Into cocktail shaker add 1 large ripe strawberry and muddle (the end of a wooden spoon works). Add gin, liqueur, lemon juice and a measure of ice, then shake and strain into Collins glass. Garnish with pink rose petals and/or twist of lemon rind.

Pedroncelli Mother Clone Zinfandel, Dry Creek Valley – $15.99
Spiced raspberries and plums on the aroma. Lush, delicious blackberries, white pepper, juicy plums laced with baking spices on the pallet. Finish was lingering, long, and so yummy and delicious.
