Tower-shaped Abstract Ice
Tall Collins-style glass
Pineapple juice
1.25 oz. White rum
1 T fresh lemon juice
1 T simple syrup
Prosecco
Edible flower or pineapple wedge for garnish
Into a shaker, add white rum, lemon juice, simple syrup and a measure of ice, then shake until cold. Pour into glass with Abstract Ice cube. Pour in pineapple juice until glass is half full, then stir. Top with prosecco. Garnish and serve.
