Get Figgy With It
3-4 Ripe fresh figs (or 1 t Fig jam)
2 oz. Griffo Gin
1 ¼ oz. Fresh lemon or lime juice
Simple syrup (such as FloraLuna Cardamom Clove)
Ice
Shaker
Chop figs then add into cocktail shaker and muddle. Add gin, fresh citrus juice and simple syrup, then stir. Add ice to cocktail shaker and shake (hard). Strain into coup glass and garnish with an edible flower.
