Curious Jackalope
2 oz. Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
¾ oz. fresh grapefruit juice
½ oz. simple syrup
Set aside an old fashioned glass with a large ice cube or sphere. In your cocktail shaker add lime juice, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, and irish gin. Give a thorough shake and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit and place between the large cube and the wall of the glass, add fresh mint. Enjoy!
