Vibrant aromas that jump out of the glass. Wonderful flavors. refreshing acidity. Juicy pears, Meyer lemon zest, white peaches, golden apples. Terrific food wine – try it with ceviche, or lemon risotto.
2023 Husch Vineyards Dry Gewurztraminer, Mendocino ~ $15
Decadent, delightful, dry, delicious. Classic aromas of white flowers, white blossom, juicy lychee, nice spice – think ginger, and a little hint of rose petal. Flavors of young pineapple, juicy bosc pear, and spice on the beginning and finish. Lively, lovely. Sexy. Pair with spicy food like Thai curry or Szechuan noodles.
