The Pink Lady

1 1/2 oz. Gin

1/2 oz. Applejack Brandy or Cider Whiskey

3/4 oz. Fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/4 oz. Grenadine

1 Egg white

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, cover and dry shake the cocktail (do not add ice yet!). Once shaken, add a measure of ice, cover again, and shake until chilled. Strain the cocktail into a vintage coupe glass. For garnish, grab a cocktail pick and add Luxardo cherries

 

Wine of the Week

Crux 2019 Grenache – $49

Aromas of spiced raspberries and strawberries. Flavors of black raspberries with a touch of white pepper, Santa Rosa plums, red apple skin, and a cherry blossom finish. Pairs well with chocolate covered strawberries.
