The Perfect Negroni
(Does not require a cocktail shaker!)
1.5 oz Gin
1.5 oz Red Vermouth
1.5 oz Campari
Take equal parts of each drink and pour into a yarai glass/pint glass with a measure of ice and stir until nicely chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with a beautiful ice cube (get ice cubes from Abstract Ice at Wilibees Wine & Spirits). Garnish with a wedge of orange.
