2 oz. Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
2 oz. Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin With California Citrus
1 1/2 oz. Homemade Beet Shrub (Vinegar, Sugar, Fruit)
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
Slice of orange
Orange peel or edible flowers (Rosemary is in bloom at the moment) for garnish
In your cocktail shaker, place the orange slice and use a cocktail muddler (or wooden spoon) to muddle the orange slice. Add lemon and lime juice, simple syrup, beet shrub, and both gins with a measure of ice. Close cocktail shaker and shake well until chilled. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass or martini glass and garnish with orange peel or edible flowers.
